Crunchy Sushi Roll

 

  Ingredients:
  Fried Tempura Batter, crushed
Freshly Prepared Inside-out California Roll (see recipe)

  Preparation:
 

Prepare a small batch of tempura and reserve.

Make an inside-out California Roll.

Smear crushed, crunchy tempura batter all over rice roll and wrap with plastic.



  Cooks Notes:
 

Bamboo sushi-roll mat
Clean cutting board
Sushi knife or very sharp knife
A pack of roasted-seaweed (Nori)
Wood spoon or wood or plastic rice paddle for spreading rice
Plastic wrap
